If you have one day only/Milano, Italy

1-2 days/metro pass/Duomo?!!

Many chose to visit several countries at once and only spend 1-2 days in Milano

That is true if you wanna save time

#Duomo di Milano

Definitely the only attraction in Milano (kidding...)

Lol it's city center and easy to access anywhere

It charges differently for going in, going up by elevator and going up by stairs

We paid €6 for 3-day pass as ERASMUS student

Included entry to Duomo museum and the church, as well as going up by stairs.

The view is wonderful, with urban areas, castle and the mountains surrounded milano.

As for entering inside, it's COOL

Like other cathedrals...

#Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II

Shopping centreLuxury and the washroom is located on 4/F (all u have to know hahah)

#Museo del Novecento

Modern art museum nearby and it probably takes 1-2 hrs for visits. I wouldn't say the exhibition is impressive but it's worth to visit if you are ERASMUS student under age 24. (free admission)

The coolest part would be on 4/F, interactive art works which requires visitors to sign up. They make use of lights and people inside the room would have different experience.

Trienniale is only a few stations from Duomo, there are modern art museum with cafe, castle and a few cool shops (ice cream for sure!)

#Sforzesco Castle

Our host were saying that there are many Asians taking wedding photos in front of the fountain, that's quite strange for them. And the symbol of the main gate represents strong character of snake, which is quite common in Milano.

There are so many museums and Leonardo di Vinci is located nearby as well. We didn't manage to visit cuz they are mainly related to history. As for Leonardo di Vinci, English tour is full booked so we were not planned to visit there. (tips: booking with tour in advance at least 3 weeks!)

We passed through the park and they got a nice view. ppl walked through the park with their pets.

#La Triennale di Milano

Design museum which was recommended by our host. They got quite a few exhibitions but we didn't manage to visit all.

We visited There is a planet. What is nature? Rather than keeping the places clean and tidy like what the UK do, the artist prefers the places with rubbish, all in a mess. It is also a form of nature. I like a few of his viewpoints, like we all have a concept that darkness is black, which is quite rhetorical. Why can't darkness be white?

it was too sunny so I took many B&W photos haha
