The street is approximately a 4 minute walk from the Astoria Metro station and a 1 minute walk from the Kalvin Ter metro stations. Different museums like Budapest Museum Central are located here.
Moreover, they have more than 5 bookstores opened next to each other, the 5-minute walk would become 2-hour walk for any book lovers who can't stop entering each of the shops. Among these bookstores, there are second-hand bookstores, bookstores and even kid bookstores. Some of its second-hand books are having the same price with normal one because they are in perfect condition. Every shop has some English books, maybe 2-3 shelves only.
Hmm I don't want to think of carrying back those 7-8 books I bought here, while I have 23kg allowance only. And I do buy a book here again. (It's thin and like 50 pages so gonna be fine)
Eventually we chose books in this bookstores. They offer decent price with more variety of book choices. It is 2 times bigger than other bookstores.
**Be aware to close the door after you leave the shops! The doors of these shops are not automatically closed.
